[27.Dec.2010 - 13:56]Tribal NGOs Consortium strongly condemns inhuman act of terror in Bajour Agency (FATA) Tribal NGOs Consortium strongly condemns the barbaric and inhuman worst act of terrorism by terrorists against innocent people in Bajour Agency FATA in which more than 50 people were martyred while dozens got seriously wounded. This is not the first time of terrorism in FATA but for the last several years such inhuman terrorists acts are seen by the people there. More than 10 million people in FATA are hostage between militants and military. More than 2/3 of the people in FATA have either been compelled to leave their native homes while those who are still there are at the mercy of the terrorists who have made life of tribes people as a hell for them. The incident of Bajour, Ghalini in Mohmand Agency, suicide attacks on mosques and Jirgas in FR Kohat, Orakzai , Waziristan, and Khyber proved that terrorists are there and they have been operating from there against innocent people of FATA. Among the victims are women and children who are prone in such like situations. Terrorists are the enemies of humanity. At the moment tribal people want action against terrorists by the security forces but the people are suspicious about the military operations and some times think that such fake and incompetent operations are not the solution to the real problem. Tribal want operation to be precise and against terrorists. TNC also demands of the government to announce extension of Political Parties Act, representation in provincial Assembly and abolition of collective responsibility clause from FCR in FATA. TNC condoles with all bereaved families and pray for the departed souls who got martyrdom by ruthless hands of cannibals on the name of religion. TNC also demands of the World Food (WF) not to discontinue its operation in FATA to distribute food items among the victim people of FATA due to terrorism. If World Food stops its distribution, the sufferers will be the innocent people who are already in trouble and are in need of food.
