Further blooshed and destruciton are un-bearable
[02.Apr.2009 - 09:40]Thursday, 02 April 2009 Peshawar, ANP Chief Minister Ameer Haidar Khan Hoti has laid the foundation stone of Khan Abdul Wali Khan University in Mardan and inaugurated the formal commencement of classes in Mardan Post Graduate College. The teaching will start in 11 different disciplines from 4th of May. On the occasion addressing the gathering the chief minister said that the elected coalition government in the province is committed for bringing peace and prosperity in the province. We will take decisions for the security of our homeland and for the establishment of peace adding that further bloodshed and destruction are un-bearable. On the occasion MNA KhanZada Khan,Provincial ,Minister for Higher Education Qazi Muhammad Asad,MPAs,Vice Chancellor Abdul Wali Khan University Dr.Ihsan Ali,Project Director Bacha Khan Medical College Prof.Zia-ul-Islam,Information Minister Mian Iftekhar Hussain,Minister for School and Literacy Sardar Hussain Babak were also present. The Chief Minister said that the establishment of university in Mardan was not only dreamed by the people but was also my desire which was practicalised in a span of one year short period. He said that the establishment of the university is a gift of the government on its first anniversary for the people of the province and reiterated the firm resolve that irrespective of difficult and complicated circumstances he himself with the support of coalition parties will materialize the dream of prosperous and developed province. ´´It is our collective responsibility and the propaganda of certain political parties that the development funds of different districts are using for the development of Mardan,is baseless. The development fund of Mardan in the past was utilized for the development of other districts but now including Mardan no any district will be deprieved of their rights.´´he declared. The chief minister thanked District Nazim Himayat Ullah Mayar,Dr.Ihsan Ali,Sahib Zada Shakib for their efforts in materializing the establishment of Abdul Wali Khan University in Mardan. He appealed the political parties to bury their political difference and work collectively for the development of the province which is the need of the hour. The chief minister further said that work on mega projects of roads in Mardan will start soon and assured Dr.Ihsan Ali and his team that deficiency of resources will not hinder the completion of the project as soon as possible and will play his role in the solution of problems occur to universities due to Higher Education Commission. ´´Our province will be debarred from the kit on PSDP projects due to circumstances and conditions in the province on my request to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and I am thankful to the Prime Minister for this.´´He declared. On the occasion shield was presented to the chief guest on behalf of the University and District Government. While chief minister in turn presented shields to Vice Chancellor Abdul Wali Khan University Dr.Ihsan Ali, Sahib Zada Ahmad Shakib,Ijaz Khan Yousuf Zai,Ameer Abd-ur-Rahman and others for their valueable services. Later on the chief minister laid down the foundation stone of Administration Bloc of the University.- د پښتونخوا خبریال
